RoleFathom provides a concierge job-application service. An Application Sprint includes curated role research, fact-preserving resume tailoring, cover-letter and screening-answer drafts, and application-submission support.
You confirm that the resume, work history, contact details, and application answers you provide are accurate. You authorize RoleFathom and its operators to prepare and submit applications on your behalf as your agent, including completing applicant-certification checkboxes and other submission steps on employer sites. You remain responsible for the truthfulness of materials you provide. Some employers may still reject applications submitted by an authorized agent; you accept that residual risk. If an application requires a one-time code sent only to you (MFA), you agree to forward it promptly when we request it, or that application may be skipped.
We use your personal information only to deliver the service. Your workspace stores submitted resumes, cover letters, screening answers, timestamps, and confirmation screenshots so you can review each deliverable.
Application Sprints are charged as one-time payments. Refund terms and sprint scope are confirmed in your applicable service agreement before work begins.
RoleFathom improves the quality and consistency of job applications but cannot guarantee interviews, offers, employer responses, or outcomes.
