This policy describes how RoleFathom collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RoleFathom website and Application Sprint service (the “Service”).

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and authentication details (including Google or GitHub if you use social sign-in).
• Candidate materials: resume content, contact details, target preferences, cover letters, and screening answers.
• Application records: role URLs, tailored artifacts, submission timestamps, and confirmation screenshots.
• Usage and billing data: logs needed to operate the Service, and Stripe payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it

We use this information to tailor applications, submit them on your behalf as your authorized agent, show you proof of what was sent, bill Application Sprints, prevent abuse, and communicate about the Service (for example password reset and support).

We do not sell your personal information.

• Hosting and application infrastructure
• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Email delivery for transactional messages
• Employer application systems when we submit on your behalf
• Google or GitHub, if you choose social sign-in

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme, and operate the site. These are needed for the Service to work; we do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention

We retain account and application records while your account is active and as needed to provide proof of submissions, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion where applicable.
